I’ve been in clinical naturopathic practice for 20 years and I specialise in natural healthcare for women.
My interest in natural medicine was sparked when I was young. I studied exercise physiology when I was in my late teens and worked as a fitness instructor. I ended up devoting my university degree to naturopathy, herbal medicine and nutritional medicine.
I have dedicated my career to the application of this information to women’s health. My vision is to help you enjoy more freedom in your life by improving your health.
I feel fortunate to do the work I feel passionate about. A big thank you to all the wonderful women who have trusted me enough over the years to share their story and embrace my advice.
Thanks to the power of Mother Nature’s medicine I have witnessed the life-changing capacity of the human body to heal and re-balance in the most incredible way possible.

What happens in the first visit with Emma?
The first step is to attend an Initial Health Appraisal with Emma. We have patients from all locations around Australia and the world and offer phone consultations or skype consultations for women who are not able to attend our local clinic.
At this appointment, Emma will discuss your symptoms with you and assess your medical history. After analysing your case Emma will know whether she can help you or whether you may be better suited to a different type of treatment or practitioner. If you are a good candidate for our clinic, Emma will discuss the treatment options that are available to you, her recommendations and an expected treatment timeline.
Emma may ask you to attend an in-house testing appointment or refer you for external diagnostic testing and hormone testing if necessary. Emma is often able to prescribe one natural medication at the Initial Health Appraisal to get you started on the road to feeling better while we are gathering more information. Emma has a limited capacity to take on new patients and we have found this is the best process to get you the help you need.
