Sarah’s Story
Before coming to the clinic I didn’t have much of a life. I suffered anxiety, stomach upsets and severe headaches and migraines, all of which ruled my life and I felt it easier to stay home and keep my life as simple as possible with 3 young children.

I had to strip back my whole diet which made me extremely ill and depressed but with the help of Emma Stimpson and my hypnotherapist, I stuck it out and along with the medications managed to see it through. I had to come off all dairy, wheat, gluten and eggs/tomatoes. I managed to find a way to make it work.

3 months later and my migraines are very rare. I only have a few manageable headaches, no more upset stomachs and lost over 10 kilos and feel really good. More energy too! Thank you Emma for sticking with me and seeing me through to a better me!
